The Cadillac Cowgirls

This past weekend the ladies performed at the CASA of the Sequatchie Valley rodeo. Such a great event that we absolutely love being a part of every year. The weather was a little rough and soupy but the girls made the best of it and looked fantastic doing it.

We’d like to congratulate our assistant coach Amanda on her graduation yesterday!! Balancing all the hard work between school and being boots on the ground helping run the team is no easy feat! Not to mention all her achievements through FFA. We are so proud! Keep on rocking it!!

⚡️ ✨ Meet the Team ✨⚡️

Saranne Morris is a 15 year old mustang trainer based out of South GA. Saranne has been riding horses her entire life starting with minis at her grandmas. Since then Saranne has competed in multiple mustang competitions such as the 2025 Mustang Spectacular, Mustang Magic 2026, ANTYT 2024. She was also named the 2022 Georgia Mustang TIP Challenge Champion.
For the Mustang Challenge in 2024, Saranne picked up a mustang gelding from Oregon and named him Delta. They placed eighth overall with 24 competitors. Saranne kept Delta, started him under saddle and is now performing with him in drill!

Some words from the coach:

Saranne is one of our newer members joining us this year. Not only is she a fantastic and accomplished equestrian at her young age, but her attitude is hard to beat. This girl is nothing short of dedicated, hardworking and has a fantastic can do attitude! She’s the first to volunteer and help a fellow team mate anyway she can. Also.. shout out to Saranne’s mom, Leanne, who is the same (I see where she gets it from) and is always there, stepping in, helping and supporting the team!!

So if you’re a mustang fan keep a look out for these two while they’re on the rodeo trail this year!!

*cough cough hint hint* I would keep an eye on this duo, who may become a trio next year. I heard big things might be coming 🤔🫣

Phew 😮‍💨 it has been a crazy few weeks here in Cadillac Cowgirl land. Averi had a rodeo, got married, went on her honeymoon, stepped off her flight and drove straight to Jamestown for another rodeo 😳
Our head coach, Lisa, is pregnant and scheduled for an induction while still running day to day operations behind the scenes. Mandy, our assistant coach, has been boots on the ground, hustling and bustling keeping everything on track and rodeos running smoothly. 💪 and all our amazing CCs rolling with the punches showing nothing but grace and team work during a busy time in our schedule.

But back to our regular scheduled programming!! Let’s meet some more of these amazing hard working CC’s ⚡️!
