The new Ghost Max 4 is now available at both of our locations. This is a max cushioned version of the Brooks Ghost. Basically it's a softer more comfortable version of the regular Ghost. We believe it to be an awesome shoe for long slow runs, standing all day at work, comfortable walking and traveling shoe. This in comparison to the Ghost Amp which is a lighter and faster version of the regular Ghost.

Another great Milledge Mile this year! Congratulations to everyone who put their hearts and souls into this race!

Our friend Lee asked us to make custom matching shirts for her and her granddaughter to wear during the Milledge Mile this Saturday so of course we obliged! If you are ever in the need for customer shirts reach out and we will help if we can!
