👉🏾Alternating Dead Lunges
👉🏾Leg Extensions
👉🏾Glider Lunge Holds
👉🏾Courtesy-to-Step-Ups
👉🏾Goblet Squats
Stay on one exercise, and complete all reps and sets before moving on to the next exercise. Repeat 3 rounds!
Tips
*No Barbell? Use dumbbells, & if you no dumbbells.. use a case of water, or milk jugs
*No Gliders? Use a hard-cover book. It usually slides well on carpet or hardwood.
