Indulge in the sensational flavors of our favorite elote recipe! Take a culinary journey with us and experience the irresistible combination of grilled corn, creamy mayo, zesty lime, and savory cheese. Once you've tasted it, we're confident you'll be just as enamored with it as we are! Whether paired with your favorite main course or savored on its own, it's the perfect accompaniment to any meal.

Roasted Corn - 4 cobs
Roasted and Peeled Poblano- x1
Mayo - 1/4 cup
Sour Cream- 1/4 cup
Cojita Cheese - 2 Tbsp
Lime zest - 1 tsp
Lime Juice - 1 Tbsp
Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Smoked Salt - 1/2 tsp
Chili Powder - 1/2 tsp
Cumin - 1/4 tsp
Fresh chopped Cilantro - 1/2 cup

Directions:
1. Cut the corn off the cob and place corn in a bowl
2. Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine
3. Serve in small bowls and garnish with extra cheese and cilantro
