Population transfer where 1-3M people have moved from blue to red states alone could give Republicans an additional 10 to 15 seats in the house.

If all states were to redistrict according to the state legislators could add another 10-15 Republican seats.

According to birth rate census, red states are reproducing children at about 1.9% against blue states at 1.3%. So in the long term, Democrats could be in the negative of 40-50 seats by the 2032 election.
