Hey Thursday morning yogi’s. I hate to say it but I’m flooded in and I’m hoping most of you are safe sound high and dry and I apologize greatly if some of you townies make it and I’m not there. I’ve tried to email text or messages as many folks as I can recall, and I let Lee know it structure sport and fitness but you can always just go to town and work out a little bit under some great supervision with suggestions if you’re not flooded in so see you next week Wednesday and Thursday 10 to 11, Yoga for Every Body.
Don’t forget the office is open for private sessions in Yoga Pranassage (a similar certification to Thai Massage). You’ll love it and integrated structural MFR you really appreciate so will your posture, strength, flexibility, and balance. Biomat and Infrared treatments also available.

Be Adventurous, why not join Holistic Journeys and explore thd Cost of Riches! We go everywhere and each trip is uniquely different. While Holistic Journeys is going back to Belize this February, I’ll be in Costa Rica all of January do if you want a private tour, just give me a holler and we’ll set it up designed just or you.
