Today, the Armed Forces Fishing League and Armed Forces Fishing League - Georgia pause to remember the 2,977 lives lost on September 11, 2001, and to honor the firefighters, law enforcement officers, first responders, military members, and ordinary Americans who answered when our nation needed them most.

We remember the courage shown in the face of unimaginable tragedy. We remember those who ran toward danger while others were trying to escape. We remember the families whose lives were forever changed. And we remember the men and women who answered the call to serve our country in the years that followed.

Twenty-five years later, their sacrifice has not been forgotten.

Different uniforms. One nation.
United we stood. United we remember.

May we always honor their courage, their service, and their sacrifice.

AFFL Georgia was proud to represent at the inaugural Cops and Bobbers event hosted by the Comer Georgia Police Department! It was a great day connecting with the community, talking fishing, and letting kids explore a tournament bass boat.
