HITS Athletic Training Riverside Christian Academy Junior catcher Sawyer Langston has been working with Coach Bruce Cheatham and has seen significant improvement in his footwork, transfer time, receiving, blocking, and throwing mechanics. We have recently started working on helping Sawyer increase power at the plate by working to make his swing mechanics more efficient, increase bat speed, and increase exit velocity.
