Happy Memorial Day Weekend 🇺🇸

The studio will be closed on Memorial Day as we honor and remember those who served.

Normal classes will still be held Saturday and Sunday, and we’ll be back open on Tuesday.

The weather had other plans, but you didn’t ☁️✨

Our Pilates in the park turned into Pilates in the studio thanks to the rain, and still you showed up. You rolled out your mats, brought your energy, and reminded us what this community is really about.

A huge shoutout to Sophi for leading such a feel good class 🤍

This is bigger than a workout. This is showing up for yourself and for each other. This is connection, consistency, and care.
