Community Heroes Night starts at 5pm! Check out these helpful notes before arriving:

⛳ CART PARKING – Please park your cart in the main parking lot across the street or the parking lot behind the Clubhouse (the golf cart parking at the Pro Shop will be blocked off for the event).

🚫 ROAD CLOSURE – Traffic on Canebrake Lane near the roundabout will temporarily be stopped during the helicopter landing at the start of the event and again during takeoff after the event. Traffic can be temporarily stopped at any time if the helicopter needs to leave in the event of an emergency.

🍪 BEVERLY ANN’S COOKIES – Grab a warm, fresh cookie and ice cream from Beverly Ann’s outside of the Clubhouse!

🥤SLURP SODA SHOP – Create your own dirty soda with Slurp! They’ll be located at the practice putting green.

🍔 HAMBURGER & HOTDOG BAR – Join The Southern Table inside the Clubhouse for a build your own hamburger and hotdog bar!

🎟 ACTIVITIES – Don’t miss the dunk tank and face painting located outside of the Clubhouse! Activity tickets will be available for purchase in the Pro Shop.

🛍 PRO SHOP – The Pro Shop will remain open until 7pm! Stop in and shop new kids apparel and our collegiate merchandise!

The Belles & Beaus Couples Invitational goes to a playoff and it was an ALL Canebrake final! Trent and Katie Holley eagle the first playoff to defeat Craig and Pat Chappen! A great weekend was had by all!

🍔 🌭 We’re less than one week away from Community Heroes Night at Canebrake Club! The Southern Table will have dinner covered in the Clubhouse with a fun, kid-friendly build your own hamburger & hotdog bar for dinner!

Make plans to join us for a great evening learning how our local first responders keep us safe while exploring an Air Evac helicopter, police cruiser, fire truck, meeting the K-9 team, and more! A fun dunk tank and face painting will be on site along with Slurp Soda Shop and Beverly Ann's Cookies!

The tennis courts have undergone a complete renovation over the summer! Coach Eberwein has provided photos to show the transformation. This was a two-man project that started in April and was completed on July 17th.

Overview:

– All old material was removed from each of the three courts, approximately 70 wheelbarrow loads per court.
– All on-court lines were removed to prepare for laying of new material.
– 16 tons of new clay was applied to the courts in two individual layers per court.
– New lines and nets were installed. Each court required 1,920 3-inch nails installed one at a time.
