Hélio, Rolker, Royler and Rickson Gracie.

One family. One story. A legacy built from one generation to the next.

Today, after sharing a moment on the mats with his brother Royler, Rickson wrote:

“Being on the mat with my brother Royler Gracie feeds my soul.”

And perhaps that is one of the greatest strengths of Jiu Jitsu.

Time passes. Life changes. Challenges come.
