Our first Athens Athletic Club community event was a meaningful start to what we hope will become a lasting community.
Thank you to everyone who spent time with us as we continue building a space centered around wellness, connection and shared experiences. We’re excited for all that’s ahead and look forward to continuing to create opportunities for people to come together.

Meet Ben Deloach, Director of Performance.
A cornerstone of his career has been making a science and data-driven approach to training more accessible — not limited to professional athletes.
By implementing evidence-based training and recovery practices into everyday wellness, he is helping build a robust program designed for individuals at every stage of their fitness journey. At AAC, performance is about more than speed and agility — it’s about helping people move better, feel better and live well through intentional, personalized support.
