Who are we?

We’re a team of professionals who live here, train here, and believe Athens deserves a better way to live, move, and connect.

Our backgrounds span performance training, Pilates, physical therapy, athletics, wellness, and gym ownership. Many of us have deep ties to the Athens community — not as outsiders building a concept, but as people who already call this place home.

That perspective shaped everything about Athens Athletic Club.

AAC was never meant to be just another gym. It was built as Athens’ first athletic country club: a place where individuals, families, and athletes can train with purpose, recover with intention, and actually belong. A place to chase goals without leaving community behind. A place that feels like home the moment you walk in.

Congratulations to the Christopher family, winners of a FREE Family Membership for an entire year at Athens Athletic Club!

Family, athletics, and community have always been at the heart of their lives, making the Christopher family such a natural fit for AAC. With three active boys, deep roots in the Athens and Oconee community, and a family history rooted in athletics, they’re looking forward to having a place where they can train, stay active, spend time together, and build new relationships.

“For us, membership is about much more than the amenities, it is about becoming part of a community where our entire family can feel connected, involved, and at home.”

They’re especially excited to create healthy habits together, support their boys as athletes, meet other families, and create new traditions and memories.
