You need strict guidance and structure to allow you to build muscle overtime. The more you give the body low cals.. your body will get adapted to that with no progress. I suggest increasing your cals and monitoring your weight. Always remember muscle increases weight as well.

It takes simply day in and day out to achieve such a goal. I suggest give yourself 6 months to build a foundation with eating and lifting with accuracy and you’ll see a change overtime.

I believe some people look at age as a way of approaching a fitness journey. Over 100 consultations later I notice most people say “ I use to be like or I was a certain weight back in the day ! “ I have noticed lately that a lot of people are looking the best in their 40s, maybe it’s the new trend now.

The consistency of the gym can be hard for most people… but staying lean is a lot easier .

Let me explain ☁️🤔
💢 So is it hard staying lean all year? Yess! Well at first it was when I first shredded down 10 years ago and I told myself I will never shred again due to hunger strikes and weakness that occurred! My body and mindset has definitely changed over the years because I went through the adaptation stage where now my body is pretty accustomed to being lean!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🌯 Do you have to eat strictly clean? Yes! In my world the aspect of 100% healthy nutrition is a must if you want to see and keep results. Some people eat 50% clean and gets discouraged because their not seeing the results. The diet is everything, but once you get the “foundation” of your physique then you can have a few cheat meals here and there. You have to be at a certain body fat % to really indulge into cheats so don’t be so quickly to eat bad just because you dropped a few lbs.

🔪What’s the process of getting lean? The process of getting lean takes full commitment in the gym, diet, cardio and a determined mindset. It’s all about the intake of calories, strategic lifting, and cardio schemes to really change your physique for the better. The secret to really getting to your physique is to stay consistent honestly, I think people quit to early because they don’t see anything and claim they have bad genetics.
