OCTOBER is known as Domestic Violence month BUT...Each Day, Three Women Die because of Domestic Violence

Domestic violence does not discriminate against gender, age, race, ethnicity or sexual orientation. Domestic violence can take place in heterosexual and same-sex family relationships, and can involve violence against children in the family too.

Many women have been and continue to be victims of domestic abuse. Many families have lost loved ones to domestic violence. Abuse is not just physical, but emotional, mental, sexual and verbal. Don't stand by and watch someone be hurt. Step UP and Speak OUT!!!

Psalm 72:14 says..He will rescue them from oppression and violence, for precious is their blood in his sight.

This is why some women either end up dead or dont speak out. In, Buffalo NY and surrounding areas a new domestic violence law will go in affect in 2020.
According to State Senator Patrick Gallivan "An abuser could be arrested, taken in custody and then given a desk appearance ticket, returning back to the house she/he left".

New Law Could Instantly Release Accused Domestic Abusers The law takes effect January 1.

A New App Helps Domestic Violence Victims Collect the Evidence Needed to Charge Their Abusers In one state, 80% of domestic violence cases are dismissed, often due to lack of evidence. This app will help change that.

I don't know who needs to hear this. I don't think people realize how much strength it takes a person to walk away from an abusive, poisonous and toxic situation with someone you love. If you have some this, I AM PROUD OF YOU! You are strong, courageous, brave and worthy.
