Today, we celebrate the strength, resilience, and wisdom of all women. 💛 I am on a mission to support and uplift women of all ages—especially pre and postnatal mothers and women of color—by sharing the gift of yoga. Through movement, breathwork, and sound healing, I create space for self-regulation, healing, and deep connection.

Yoga is more than just a practice—it is a tool for Satya (truth), allowing us to peel away the layers of doubt and rediscover our inner power. I believe every woman deserves a safe, nurturing space to move, breathe, and heal.
