When life gets complicated i deadlift 💪🏿
The Jefferson squat, also called the straddle deadlift, is a barbell exercise that helps strengthen the lower body. It's a compound movement that works several muscle groups, such as the legs, lower back, and core. This variation of squat involves standing with your feet on opposite sides of the barbell, which changes the direction of the movement compared to regular squats.
