We are on vacation this week but that doesn’t mean we are stopping. Two events went on sale this week. Atlanta Juniors Championship on 6/28 and 404 Flex @ Hunter Memorial on 7/12. Link in the comments

We had 48 competitors for this year’s edition of the Atlanta Masters Championship. Smaller crowd this year but that is due in large part to so many events going on every weekend in the state. Georgia disc golf scene is still booming.

Huge thanks to all the volunteers and the grounds crew with Douglas County that worked hard getting the course ready. We had fallen trees across a few of the holes that got cleaned up weeks before the event. Also huge thanks to Joel Bryant for moving baskets and doing other odds and ends we needed to get the course in shape.

Thanks also goes out to all the the sponsors that supported this event. I would like to recognize , , Garrett Ceramics, and Workhorse Printery. Their continued support is essential for this event to go on.

Lastly I would like to thank each and every one of the competitors. If you got to stand upon the podium or were denied for another year; you should feel proud you were able to compete. You are a testament to disc golf being a lifetime sport.

404 Flex @ Frog Rock 404 Flex @ Frog Rock is a Disc golf tournament in Austell, Georgia beginning November 2, 2025 and hosted by 404 Disc Golf, LLC.

This past Sunday was the 15th edition of the Iron Leaf Classic. A tournament born out of a disc golf meme is still holding strong thanks to many dedicated individuals and the support of the local club. Even though we had fewer participants than we did in recent years we are still going strong.

First thanks goes out to the Intown Atlanta Disc Golf Club. Friday before the even a huge limb fell from a tree very close to taking out hole 17’s basket. Even before I had a chance to let the club president know, he was already aware and coordinating to have chopped up and removed. As an event planner is absolutely a great feeling knowing you have the support of the local club to tackle anything that might arise unexpectedly.

I would also like to thank my sponsors for this event. always does an amazing job on the custom stamped discs for the tournament. Also thanks to and to for their support. Please support these local vendors and they support many events in the area. Thanks to for the continued sponsorship year after year.

Lastly I would like to thank .rader.5 and .dg for their help at tournament central with check. Having a dedicated team of individuals there willing to wake up well before the sun is out to help distribute player’s pack items and answer questions helps beyond measure.

We had 103 competitors for this year’s edition of the Atlanta Masters Championship. Using a combination of holes from Hawk and Falcon courses the event team came up with the 27 Hole Fawk Layout. The majority of people I spoke with enjoyed the layout and we will look to include a version of it in the future.

First I would like to thank all the volunteers that helped with getting the course ready. We had several holes with downed trees and tall grass that all got removed several weeks ahead of the event. Huge thanks to Joel Bryant, Andrew Jenkins and Keith Johnson for all their hard work. If you see them on the course please thank them.
