Welcome back for more Meal Prep tips from your RD, Aldair. Today's post is more about how to come up with your own version of meal prepping with some of the foods you might have now. You don't have to buy a whole new grocery list just because you don't have the fancy stuff in the recipes you may have found. Swipe to learn about some of the basics about foods to include in your meal prep plan and why they're beneficial. It's not a deep dive...this time. Nutrition can be complicated (it's almost like a science 😉) but it doesn't HAVE TO BE.
