How much of yourself have you postponed while showing up for everyone else?
This weekend, I watched a room full of women pause long enough to focus on their health, purpose, dreams, and what they want next.
They learned.
They laughed.
They connected.
They shared their stories.
They created a vision for the lives they want to live.
The 3rd Annual Women’s Health & Self-Advocacy Summit was more than an event. It was a powerful reminder that choosing yourself is not selfish. Sometimes, it is the most courageous and necessary decision you can make.
When you prioritize your health, strengthen your voice, and give yourself permission to pursue what matters, the impact reaches your family, workplace, and community.
My Monday Motivation for you is simple:
Do not keep postponing the life, health, healing, or future that deserves your attention.
What is one area of your life where you need to choose yourself this week?
