Team Atlanta Weightlifting is a competitive weightlifting team training out of Strength Lab. Our team is welcome to lifters of all abilities and ages.
Some of the ladies of Team Atlanta Weightlifting went to King of Prussia (outside Philly) a couple weekends ago. They cam back with some hardware and a lot of PRs! . This is a repost since the first one had Survivor's Eye of the Tiger and evidently that is copyrighted. 🤷♂️😁

Some of the ladies of Team Atlanta Weightlifting went down to Savannah to participate in the Masters Weightlifting clinic held by the Cohen's of Team Savannah. Great time and great coaching!

A little late but last weekend Team Atlanta Masters went to Nashville to compete at the Howard Cohen American Masters. competed in her first meet and got those green plates for clean and jerk, earned a silver and learned the perils of caffeine and a cinnamon roll pre-como, has moved from a 87+ all the way down to the 76 weight class and took silver, and Jessica went 5 for 6 hitting a PR on sn**ch. Ladies training early this morning. getting her first lifts in after a month layoff with an injury. with banded back squats. And with an easy jerk. # **ch
.manning completing a push press / split jerk combo for a double at at 113. We use this complex to really emphasize the vertical leg drive of the dip and drive.
