It is January, and as many people embark on a fresh health journey, I feel like thereโs a need to address the misconception that just exercise is enough. Please view this video, it is a great watch. Even if you arenโt beginning your health journey, this video is eye-opening with great insight for Parents and all adults/ kids! I hope everyone has a happy and healthy new year!!

This is one of my bada$$ clients, 31 YO female, beating a collegiate D1 football player in a plank challenge, on a floating island.
๐ฅ She trains with me CONSISTENTLY, 3 days a week.
๐ฅ We incorporare CORE into every workout.
๐ฅ We train on UNSTABLE surfaces, often.
๐ฅ We work ALL planes of motion and focus on exercises that engage the most muscle groups simultaneously. Rarely do we do just plank holds.
