Massive respect for Abdeslam Ouaddou. Even when fans were on Yanela Mbuthuma's back over his goal streak, he stood firmly by the boy and backed him all the way

Who Said Helman wanted to work under Pitso Helman he's more than qualified for that role, and having worked with him, I know the level of expertise and standard he set.

Congratulations coach Pitso
Coaching tip2đź’ˇMIXED MESSAGING _Mixed messaging happens when a coach speaks like a disciplinarian in team meetings but acts like a push-over on matchday.

Young coaches often think leadership is about saying the right things in speeches. It isn't. Leadership is about what you tolerate.
The Reality: If you preach "discipline, hard work, and unity" on Tuesday, but start a player on Saturday who showed up late, skipped recovery, or gave 50% in drills, your words become worthless
Coaching tipđź’ˇFuture coaches Double Standard: Allowing star players or board favorites to get away with poor effort while punishing fringe players for minor mistakes destroys trust immediately in the club/squad
No fluff, no bias, just pure football analysis. You either know ball or you don't

Why is he saying what he's saying right now that's why you were chased in Orlando

National team selection is done with a full technical team watching matches across the entire league—live and on tape. We don't make selections based on noise; we make them based on who can deliver at the highest level for South Africa

Great point Modern football demands that a striker presses, links play, and creates overloads. Yanela does that exceptionally well, which is why he plays.
But at a club like this, we also know goals win matches. Coach should work hard with him on his final-third composure so he can add those numbers to the great work rate he already brings."
Lehlohonolo Majoro on Yanela Mbuthuma via Sports Zone:
"Obviously, people have high expectations when you play for a big team such as Orlando Pirates – a lot is expected
I believe he has been doing a tremendous job other than scoring goals, because a normal person will judge a striker based on not scoring goals.
But they don’t see the work he does to open up space for his teammates and try to recover the ball for their teammates.
But for me as a former striker, I know it’s not easy being a striker – there is always constant pressure.
And he’s not there by mistake he’s talented and he just has to continue doing what he does best.”
Before anyone tries to compare my record or my work with anyone else, put the numbers on the table. Show me their stats for qualifying a team for the FIFA World Cup first, then we can have a conversation
