Before you say a word, your posture is already communicating.

Student-athletes: sit tall, relax your shoulders, and make natural eye contact with the interviewer. You don't need to look stiff to look confident.

🏆 TODAY'S MIC CHECK

Practice question: “What did you learn from your last game?”

DESCRIBE: Share the lesson.
DEVELOP: Give one specific example.
DELIVER: Finish with how you'll apply it next time.

Listen. Pause. Think. Then respond with confidence.

A night bigger than football. A night about impact.🎥🎤🎙️🔥

The B2C Gala was a celebration of purpose, excellence, and the people pouring into youth every day. Huge congratulations to on being honored by the City of Atlanta for his incredible work uplifting young athletes and building something special through Born To Compete. Well deserved recognition for a man making real impact.

Salute to all the coaches and student-athletes who were nominated, and congratulations to those who took home awards. Being in that room, you could feel the future.

Special thanks to legendary for stopping by, along with the many mentors, leaders, and difference-makers who were recognized throughout the evening.
