What’s up my fit bitties?! Idk about yall but I’m ready to have some fun this summer 🥰 I am super excited to announce that this time next week I will be teaching a Pool Pilates class at the Cortland Oleander complex 🏊🏾‍♀️ 🌞

This will be a fun way for us to enjoy the weather, get in the water while getting a good workout in at the same time.

If you’ve ever been to ANY of my classes you know it’s a vibe, you know we gone be dancing, the music will be loud, but we will be getting to that work 😜💪🏾

Mats and bands will be provided! All you need is a water bottle and a towel 🫶🏾

Fun fact you probably didn’t know 🤩

My aunt is the one who got me into fitness! I’ve gone from giving her the stank face and the side eye for switching out my weights to thoroughly enjoying the way we push each other and have fun while doing it!

So of courseeee, leave it to her crazy butt to come up with this fun but challenging workout game RIGHT AFTER the holidays… when I’m on my 2nd day of left overs and pie.
