I’m sorry I have been wicked MIA on socials but my personal life has been totally all consuming!
I’ll be back again soon enough with Yoga for PMDD content but during this precious (PMDD-free!) time of my life I’m really loving growing this baby!

F**K SCOTUS!
Denying half the population access to life-saving health care is not pro-life in the slightest. F**k extremism that does not represent the will of the majority!

As a lover of words, I firmly believe that expanding our vocabulary to bring in more nuanced concepts and descriptions of things is immensely empowering.
