Josh Adams is competing in the Nationals. He took 3rd place in the 400 IM dropping nearly 6 seconds from his last meet!

Time is flying and the end of the year is coming. Mark your calendar for 12/31. Our annual Smash Swim is coming. 4-7 am with a delicious breakfast after. All are welcome. Bring $15 cash for a drop in fee/a little extra for the lifeguard that gets up early to help us out!

HUGE congratulations to for her new state record in the 800. Crushing the old record by 40 seconds with a speedy time of 9:42! Jamie said- I guess doing all those awful set on 1:20 LC paid off!

Swim in a lane that matches your pace, communicate with your lane mates, and swim in the correct order. Make an effort to complete the workout as written on the board during practice.
