Not every child is excited about yoga at first.

Some arrive a little guarded.
Some say they don’t like it.
Some simply don’t trust it yet.

But then something beautiful happens.

They start breathing a little deeper.
They laugh.
They connect.
And little by little… their mindset shifts.

After teaching many classes in these schools, witnessing this transformation has truly opened my heart. Seeing children relax, trust again, and simply enjoy being kids reminds me why this work matters so much.

I’m deeply grateful to support Freedom Youth Yoga, an organization bringing yoga and mindfulness to children who truly benefit from it. Being part of this work has shown me how powerful and humbling it is to see your practice create real impact.

This chair has been the sweetest and funniest of all 2023. Working with kids has been the top of the cheery and I am looking forward to continue to impact this group so we can help our new generations to begin their journey with kids that are expose to mindfulness and that are able to manage stress, focus and emotional resilience as well as boost their physical health and social skills.

Grateful to all Montessori’s schools that have given me the opportunity to make a difference. 🙏💕
