Some days, this is the best you’ll get. A frumpy, grumpy, sweaty mess. Not really wanting to go to the gym, not really wanting to move your body, but the habit of it all keeps you going. The knowledge that on the other side of that workout, those 30 minutes (or 60 or 15 or 5!), you’ll be happy you pushed through the desire to skip the gym. Your body will be better for it, your mind will be better for it, and your outlook will be a bit brighter, knowing that you accomplished something and overcame doubt (even if it was self doubt all along).
So, know that everyone has those days. You’re not alone!! It’s about finding things that motivate you when you can’t motivate yourself! What’s something that motivates you??

✨Programming?
✨Progress??
✨Self care?
Whatever the motivation, go get in your oversized sweatshirt or your new set and go prove yourself & whomever else wrong 🙌

A few of my favorite journal prompts and questions to ask myself to keep my mind aligned (or try to make it more aligned everyday— it’s a process lol) ✨
Recently, I realized I don’t really know myself. I know the roles I’m supposed to play, but outside of those roles— who am I? So, I’m really diving into the work and trying to ask myself some hard questions. Getting to know yourself isn’t easy and it requires an honesty that most people are too uncomfortable to encounter.
But if we can’t be honest with ourselves, how can we expect to be honest with anyone else? How can we expect others to be honest with us? How can we expect to live honestly and honestly live?
I hope you try out these questions and take five minutes each day for the rest of the week to answer them. Let us know if you find out more about who you are in the process 💕

A reminder that all bodies are beach bodies (or pool bodies, or by the water bodies, or in the sand bodies, or suntanning bodies, or applying sunscreen because you can’t possibly tan bodies.) We have so much to thank our bodies for all the movement they do and life they let us live!

Celebration looks different. From brunch with the best of friends to horse rides with the family to traveling to see loved ones, we all have our own ways of celebrating good times! No way is better than the other. I hope everyone’s having a wonderful and celebrating the right way for you 😘
