I believe in fitness and in life you need short term goals to achieve long term success. This year I aimed to put on as much size as I could for Dragon Con Cosplay, to be as impressive as I could naturally (age 30+ so old af). So even though it's purely superficial it still drives me to work through the struggle and get the muscle I want. Stay strong and focused Champs 🙏💪🤜

Whelp, it's official. I joined a pride of Lions 🦁
(Though technically I've been an affiliate for a couple weeks) I had to wait for some product to ship in so I could make an official post, at least to my standards!

I'm humbled and honored to be apart of such a cool and inspiring team .lion and my goal is to become one of their top affiliates over the next 6-12 months, because I want my actions to show my little girl that if she sets her mind to it, she can achieve anything..

Mushy dad stuff aside, it's going to be a great experience I can just feel it!
