How old are you when the white hairs take over?

Something more light hearted yet true today. I love naps. When you feel no time pressure to be anywhere or do anything. Despite their potential for a quick refresh to power your second half of the day, all too often I'm down for 2 hours only to wake utterly disoriented and non-functional. And yes I know part of this is timing sleep cycles so you don't wake interrupting the middle of one. Are you a skilled napper who feels refreshed upon a 20 minute nap or are you like me, who needs 30+ minutes to shake off the grogginess? 11/01/2025
