If you’re out there struggling, then this is for you…

Problems are always an indicator that you’re making progress.

This is counterintuitive to what we think.

When problems arise, we think we’re losing something or we’re in a bad spot.

If you have problems, it means you’re growing and evolving.

Yes, when problems happen it’s an impediment to the next level, but it means progress and that you’re on the right path.

Without problems and challenges in life, we wouldn’t have the opportunity to grow.

It’s only through the fire and adversity where we’re given the OPPORTUNITY to figure it out, and forge ourselves.

This isn’t some bu****it motivation “ra-ra” speech it’s real…

If you can just zoom out and look at the situation outside of your own world, you can find the solution and then become laser focused.

Eliminate this negative dialogue you keep telling yourself. Where attention goes, energy flows.

If you keep thinking you aren’t going to win, those thoughts are like poison and will trickle into every area of your life.

Speak it into existence as if it’s already happened, ask God for guidance, seek support and take the necessary action.

You need to do an assessment of your life and become resourceful and find what you need to solve your problems. See the blessings you have in your life and take massive action.

All you can control is your thoughts and your inputs, we can’t control the outcome.

You’re one step closer, just keep doing the things and it’ll pay off.

Cut the chit chat and blabbering about what you’re going to do and focus on your actions.

Stop talking about what you're going to do and just do it.

When you step into the real world, let your results scream so loud that you won't have to say a word.

Actions, not words.

Tips to increase pull-ups:

1. Start by doing 3-4 sets of 50-70% of the max amount of pull-ups you can do with good form with 2 min. rest between sets. Do this 3x per week minimum. If your max is 6 pull-ups, do sets of 3.

2. Continue doing exercises like lat pulldown, rows, deadlifts and hanging leg raises to increase strength in all relevant areas where muscles are engaged.

3. Work your way up to doing 4 sets, 4x per week, be patient enough to give yourself 5-6 months and you will increase your strength by double.

A 🔑piece of advice I would tell my younger self:

You need to associate with people that inspire you, people that challenge you to rise higher, people that make you better. Don’t waste your valuable time with people that are not adding to your growth.

Your destiny is too important. Surround yourself with people who have dreams, desire, and ambition- they’ll help you push for, and realize your own.
