I recently had the pleasure of interviewing Ouida Brown-Lyons, Holistic Lifestyle Health Coach from N.E.W. Body by Ouida, and it was a truly enriching experience. We discussed her fitness journey, the often-overlooked impact of perimenopause/menopause on BIPOC women, and her holistic approach to finding balance. Ouida shared insightful perspectives that shed light on important topics within the wellness community. It was a conversation filled with wisdom and inspiration.

Let's dance and party! Wear your festive outfit and come Samba with us this Sunday.

As a kid growing up in Brazil, I was part of a lot of the street carnival festivities. Each year, I had an option to dress up (just like we do for halloween) and go outside and party. Since our next samba class falls on the 31st of October, I thought it would be fun to create a Carnaval Edition and have a little fun playing costume dress up.
