Only 4 more days until the Introduction to Resistance Training for Adults final January session! Learn foundational resistance training technique including progressions and variations from a PhD with 22 years of the strength and conditioning training experience. After the clinic, all participants receive a 4-week complimentary remote training program including access to the app.

Start off the New Year more knowledgeable about getting healthy! Strength Lab is offering "Introduction to Strength Training for Adults" clinics in January and February.
This clinic is designed for individuals 35+ years old to learn and practice foundational lifting technique as well as variations that improve balance, mobility, and enhanced metabolism.
Each session will only have 4 participants ensuring that you will receive attention from Jason Thomas, PhD veteran strength and conditioning specialist and owner of Strength Lab.
Every participant will also receive a 4-week online digital training program to jumpstart their 2026 health and wellness goals.

The long, long road to a PhD officially concluded last night. I want to thank my wonderful wife and daughter for the patience, support, and love they showed me through all my stressful nights, and long days in front of a computer screen. I also have to thank you advisor, Andy Doyle who guided my journey, taught me way more than I can fit in a post, and ALWAYS had my back through all the ups and down.
