Patriot Crane & Hoist is seeking Crane Service Technicians with experience in electrical, mechanical, inspection, and service of overhead cranes and hoists. Since 2004 Patriot Crane & Hoist has been a leader in the crane service industry in the Southeast. We are an employee and veteran owned company, with regular advancement opportunities and employee profit sharing.

Patriot Crane & Hoist offers training for all employees as well as competitive wages and benefits packages including medical, dental, and vision coverage and IRA retirement plan. Other benefits include a company truck, safety and tool allowances, and per diem (hotel is covered by company, per diem is separate).

An ideal candidate will have an electrical and mechanical background and be experienced with troubleshooting 3 phase motor control systems. They will be responsible for performing routine inspections, preventative and complex repairs on overhead cranes and related lifting equipment. Other responsibilities will include troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and completing all appropriate documentation. Minimal overnight travel may be required. Overhead crane experience is preferred.

Qualifications:

Able to work at high elevations
1 year of experience in crane service, repair, and inspection
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and sit or stand for long periods of time
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Ability to use company provided tablet for reports
Exceptional customer service skills
