What a beautiful afternoon.
Glory to God!!

Thank you to every person who showed up, served, supported, spoke, created, rested, reflected, shared, and helped make our Fall Retreat such a meaningful experience.

From the scripture soaking sound bath and healing art to the Mediterranean food, fellowship, prayer, conversation, and moments of stillness, this day was a reminder of how powerful it can be to intentionally make room for restoration.

I’m deeply grateful to everyone who helped bring this experience to life and to every guest who trusted us enough to come and receive. 💛

🍂💕 Our 3rd and final event in our 3-Part Fall Wellness Series is almost here! 💕🍂

This series has been such a beautiful collaboration between GIVEN Enterprises and P.E.T.A.L.S., and we want to pause and say THANK YOU.

Thank you to everyone who showed up.
Thank you to everyone who prayed.
Thank you to everyone who donated.
Thank you to everyone who volunteered, shared, encouraged, transported, supported, or helped in any way.

Because of your support, we have been able to provide wellness scholarships for 42 women so far. 💗

We truly believe that finances and transportation should not be barriers to wellness.

So if you invested in this work through a donation, time, driving, food, art supplies, please know that your generosity helped us create additional scholarships and open the door for more women to experience rest, connection, healing, community, and care.

We thank God for you. 🙏🏾✨️
It is a blessing to be able to glorify Him by making space for women to be well.

This experience is about slowing down enough to reconnect—GOD, with yourself, with other women, and with the things that nourish your spirit.

October inspired us to weave touches of pink into the warmth of fall as we celebrate women, wellness, connection, and the beauty of caring for ourselves and one another. Wellness is a must.

Celebrating my 3rd year on Facebook. Thank you for your continuing support. I could never have made it without you & God. 🙏🤗🎉

Yes!! 🎉💛 That means Facebook is recognizing the 3-year anniversary of the GIVEN Enterprises Facebook presence/page — basically your “Faceversary.” If Facebook is showing it now, it’s marking roughly three years since that Facebook presence was established.

And I’d actually use this one. With the engagement issue we’ve been studying, anniversary posts are perfect because they’re personal, celebratory, and give people an easy reason to react or comment. Rather than just using Facebook’s generic wording, make it about the journey GIVEN has been on.

Something like:

✨ 3 YEARS OF GIVEN ON FACEBOOK! ✨

Three years of growing, creating, serving, learning, healing, becoming—and above all, giving God the glory. 🙌🏾💛

GIVEN has evolved so much since this page began, and I’m grateful for every person who has followed, attended an experience, shared a post, partnered, prayed, supported, or simply watched the journey unfold.

I started out selling customized T-shirts and tumblers. Today, GIVEN has grown into a Christ-centered wellness company creating spaces for healing, recovery, restoration, creativity, education, and transformation through sound, art, retreats, workshops, coaching, speaking, and community experiences. 🌿✝️

What began with something I could make with my hands has become something God continues to shape through my life. Everything I have to share is, and always will be GOD GIVEN!!

And the beautiful thing is… we are still becoming. Glory to God!!

Three years on Facebook, and I’m more excited than ever about where God is leading GIVEN next. 🕊️✨
