Yesterday was suppose to be my DAY OFF from training myself or clients BUT when my 9 year old neighbor "Reese" is walking by with her grandmother and sees me chillen then it has to turn into an impromptu workout even in my flip flops 🤣... she plays basketball, lacrosse & swimming and has endless energy and most importantly she's "my" trainer... yall heard her say "go faster" aka pick up the pace bro we got work 2 do 🤷🏿‍♂️🤣

Yall know I didn't move out here to ATL 2 fit on & just be average or mediocre right?? yall know your boy is DIFFERENT... bringing that thunder 4real 4real... 1 of my clients in former #1 ranked high school point guard in the country McDonalds All-American & D1 player... she's played pro ball in several countries as well... she recently flew out to Dallas TX to play in a National women's tournament and got MVP... we gearing up to get her ready to go back overseas soon... she be hooping with the guys in open runs & be straight killin grown men who can actually hoop... just some quick samples of our sessions recently including Christmas eve afternoon after shutting the gym down early so we could really go krazy... yall know I'm gonna make my mark wherever I go no matter what the competition be like bruh... this just 1 of my many clients who out here getting 4real 4real... definitely dont be surprised when I'm working with Falcons (football) and Hawks (basketball) players soon... we grindin & growing baby 💪🏿💪🏿🏀😎👑💯🙏🏿
