How to sit, how to lie down, how to stand; these are important and challenging skills for everyone, especially if you’re dealing with an injury, surgery, or condition. Thank you so much, Lori for being my model today. 🙏🏻She always inspires me during her once or twice-weekly Pilates lesson. Feel the benefits and schedule one for yourself today! 💪❤️

I’ve been dipping my toe back into the group Pilates space! Last weekend I had the honor and privilege of subbing Club Pilates Lanier and I have to say it was SO fun! 🤩 I taught three classes and then had lunch and a short scenic walk by the lake! How to balance my love and passion for the traditional method with the practicality and accessibility of the contemporary equipment and style of instruction…It’s pretty much always on my mind! 🙏🏻🤔🧐💭❤️ Stay tuned for more surprises! 🤣

Goodbye, hardy hibiscus 🌺 and hello, Georgia coneflower. The seasons change and if that’s not a metaphor for life then I don’t know what is! 🌼

Here is today’s Monday morning eight-minute Pilates practice. I would argue that is the least expensive style of Pilates. I have a free membership to a thoroughly (I won’t say fully) equipped studio that has paid for itself many times over. I have top-tier and customized instructions coming from the inside of my own head…for free! Can anyone out there relate? If you want to experience this for yourself, I can teach you how. Contact me to learn more and stay tuned! Extra credit if you can list the apparatuses that I don’t yet have Jennifer Allen Pilates LLC.

Amazing yoga wall class…Thank you, Vista Yoga!
