Managed to take thirty hot 🥵 yoga classes within thirty five days. Thank you, !! It was so fun, challenging, and educational. Now let’s see if I can do thirty walks in thirty days…in addition to my usual Pilates workouts, of course! Who wants to do this with me?? Disclaimer: this flower was not on my magnolia tree. It was somebody else’s. 🤣 🚶‍♀️

Here are the Pilates neck stretches with the towel. Make sure to place the towel pressure at the base of your skull, not your cervical spine. Activate the powerhouse and your arms the whole time. Gently pull while you relax the neck. You can do this before or during your Pilates practice or anytime throughout the day!
