The past couple of weeks have been an emotional roller coaster for me. Some of my close friends have lost their parents. My energy levels have been low. I’ve been doing a lot of soul searching. My fam encouraged me to get therapy. I’m forever grateful. I’ve had some traumatic experiences in life. Never really talked and them. I thought it wasn’t strong to open up about it. As a man I can say that wasn’t the right mindset. I actually feel a sense of relief once I shed some tears. It’s a natural response that’s part of the healing process. Holding it in harms the body. It will cause you to compensate in other areas of your life. I know people who have been through way worse things than me. I’m here to tell you there is strength in being vulnerable. Find whatever works for you to let it out. I say these words only to encourage healing. Life is tough some days. We are all in this together
Mental balances emotional. Physical balances the spiritual. If one becomes out of balance it will compensate into the other. All four of these components make up your physiological structure of life. Non us are perfect. We all have neglected at least one of these aspects of life.

I went to therapy and cried today. My soul brother inspired me to work on my I’m not posting this for attention because that’s not me. I’m just saying there are a lot of men out there who think like I did. Crying is weak. Men don’t show emotion. Suck it up. Show no weakness. I’m here to tell you the real strength is in being vulnerable. I am forever grateful that my real friend held me accountable to check my mentals and deal with past traumas

Extension of the knee joint.

Extension of the femur from the flexed position in the hip joint; lateral stabilization of the hip and knee joints; external rotation of the femur
âś…Gluteus medius
Abduction of the hip and stabilization of the pelvis; Anterior part: flexion and internal rotation; Posterior part: extension and external rotation.
