Precision Performance & Physical Therapist is a clinic that specializes in the treatment of runners and triathletes. However you don't have to be an athlete to be treated we also treat many of our athlete's family member and people who don't get better anywhere else. We treat every patient one on one and each session is individualized based on what you need. We strive to keep athletes injury free by offering running assessments, injury prevention, classes and performance clinics. Let us help you get back to what you love!

We know how you like to call last minute, but we only have five spots left this week.

We love you but we are not treating you at the starting line no matter how much coffee you promise to bring us!

Be loud and act crazy. That’s one of the things we learned today at our self defense for runners class at Precision.

As women we are taught to apologize, be small and get embarrassed when we are “out of line” or too loud.

Today our instructor, Heather taught us the opposite - that our voices are a superpower and to use them.

Yell “back off” at put your hand out in front of you
Don’t hunch your shoulders and act small
Make eye contact so they know you can identify them
Think ahead and plan your route and what you would do

Your best defense is your brain and it’s better to run than have to fight. But if we have to, we now know a few things to do.

Thank you, Heather for empowering us to stay active and feel just a little bit safer.

if you miss this class, it’s OK. We have another one on
July 11the You can sign up on our website. It’s only $25!

GOOD LUCK ELIZABETH!!

Tomorrow, Dr Elizabeth takes on 26.2 in the big apple as her FIRST marathon. We are so proud of her for pushing herself to new distances every week, all while being the most passionate, hard-working, and caring Physical Therapist. And, on top of it all, raising money for an organization near and dear to her, Kilometer Kids - a program that provides free access to running for kids by .

The lights are so bright but never blind her ✨

Go Elizabeth!! We love you!

⚠️ ATTENTION PATIENTS ⚠️

The Georgia Department of Transportation has begun work on Braircliff Rd (SR-42) over South Fork Peachtree Creek to widen the lanes, and add bike lanes and sidewalks. This is just south of the Zonolite intersection, and north of North Decatur Road.

In order to ensure crew safety and to allow for this project, you will likely encounter single-lane closures from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM daily, and 7:00 PM to 6:00 AM nightly. This is scheduled to end mid November. Exact dates may change due to weather or other extenuating factors. Motorists are advised to expect delays, exercise caution and reduce travel speeds while traveling through work zones.

Before you head to the clinic, please check real-time traffic conditions and take alternate routes as necessary! We know that Atlanta traffic can already be crazy and appreciate you making the necessary changes to your route in order to arrive to your appointments safely!
