Fittness n wellness I became a vegetarian in the 70's and have stayed active since childhood, so a healthy life style is part of my foundation!

I started my personal training career in 1993, helping people reach there fitness goals and guiding them to a healthier life style has been a key part of my mission in life! Sharing my knowledge and experience with others over the years has been quite rewarding!

Wow I reading about Serena Williams close call during child Berth She got rushed into an emergency C section because the baddies heart was dropping during contractions But things went wrong and Serena almost lost her life!
I read that there’s a 30% increase in women dying in connection to child birth in theses days and times what’s really going on? Black Women of course twice as likely as white women There siting bad health older mothers and lac of health care.
I think the lack of health care and poor nutritional life style is the main thing for Black women but I would also question C sections and are they being done to often and why!

When you decide to get back in shape please understand that it’s not a sprint. We know your excited and all pumped up but this is a process that your body only can do so fast, especially if you’ve never worked out before! Control your enthusiasm, cause what I see all to often is beginner going like a bat out of Hell. (Note to Trainers)
“A good trainer knows his clients limits and keeps it in prospective”
And ending up to sore burned out and giving up!

Work hard but within your bodies means and think of this as a long distance race, pace your self mentally, your goal is at the end of a long journey!

If I tell you that your pot of gold is 300 miles away over a mountain across a river and through a forest your not going to start off running as fast as you can you’ll never make it right?
You have to pace your self! And be prepared for the the hard climb and long swim! You gotta pack some food and a sleeping bag, some water. You ain’t gonna get there in one day!
You need to set your mind long range and expect and be ready for some hardship! Like anything else in life worth achieving!

Good Health is a great goal to have and hold onto in life wouldn’t you agree!
