Massive dump post because we’re 12 events in, and it finally feels like Bellfest is in a place where we can truly lock in and grow.
I’m grateful for everyone who has helped build this community and event series from the ground up, from the coaches who have shared their knowledge, to the gyms that welcomed us into their communities, to the brands that have fueled the journey, and especially the attendees who continue to show up. Bellfest has always been and always will be about the people who bring it to life.
As I sit in a coffee shop mapping out the rest of the 2026 season, I can’t help but reflect on the path that led here.
I’m grateful for the 20 y/o version of me who fell in love with physical therapy after three wrist surgeries ended her music career. Instead of dwelling on what could have been, she got curious about what else might be possible and got to work.
I’m grateful for the 30 y/o version of me who believed the community she was searching for might exist beyond Atlanta and was willing to go find it. KETTLECLUB by Madeleine Conti ♥️🌊
And I’m grateful for the 35-year-old version of me who keeps showing up because she’s learned that success rarely belongs to the most talented person in the room. Most of the time, it’s granted to the person who’s willing to stay in the game the longest. Shoutout Eric Spector for having this conversation with me plenty of times over the years ✊🏼
None of this happened the way I planned, and thank goodness, because I could have never dreamed this one up. I’m glad the setbacks, failures, pivots, and detours led to building a community where people have met some of their best friends, created lasting memories, and found a place to belong.
Worth it.
