What a great day at Sweet Science Fitness. First a VigilAnnies Self Defense Class then a butt-kicking workout with the gals from the Atlanta Steam Legend Arena Football Team! Please join us for a VigilAnnies class this Saturday at Sweet Science Fitness located in the Brandsmart Shopping Center at I-285 and Peachtree Industrial Blvd. Class starts at 8:00 a.m. and goes until 10:00 a.m. We'll learn about Car Safety - getting to and from and in and out in the safest way. We'll work on our confidence skills as well learn some cool moves like groin kicks, clawing tiger, hammer fists and eye peppering. The cost is only $35.00 or bring a buddy and get two for the price of one! Hope to see you there - this would make a great Valentine's Day present to YOURSELF!
