Unfortunately, I don't have a story about how I gained X number of pounds and then started exercising and eating a particular way and lost it all. Those are great stories. I've just tried to live a healthy lifestyle since my dad helped me put my football togs on, put my helmet insinde my shoulder pads and practice jersey at 5 years old, and sent me two blocks down, and two blocks to the left to Bunny Friend Playground in New Orleans. This is a lifestyle. Not a thing to do for a season.

I've been talking about using body fat percentage over BMI for years. Glad studies are catching up and more doctors and insurance companies should act accordingly.

You are what you do consistently. When I sit down with potential clients, the one thing I hear is "I know what to eat, I just....". Knowing what to do and doing it are two very different things.
