Hope some of my kids can make it tonight at 7

Can't wait to see everyone at class today. 1:00 big things happening....be there to get the news on new classes and times starting next week.

Hey guys I am able to do Tuesday and Thursdays at 7 starting June 1st. It will only be 45 minutes long so everyone can get out at 7:45. I hope this will work for u guys. We will be having the men's class at the same time but we will split the room. Please let me know if this will work for u guys. I know Saturdays have been hard on some of people but hopefully this will work for u guys. We will still have Saturdays at 1......that makes 3 days of training a week for the kids. Thank u

I am sorry to report that there will be no class tonight or tomorrow due to a injury that happened to me last night at BJJ class. Still waiting to hear back from the doctors office to find out if it is a fracture. I will have to make up the classes somehow. I am sorry and will miss u guys till next week.

Awesome kids class Saturday. In 2 weeks we will have bjj at the park......can't wait.
