A farewell toast to Coach . After 4 years on the training staff, Coach Paul (PJ) coached his last class with us yesterday 😢 We are sad to say goodbye but know he is not too far away and always part of the FitWit fam. Cheers to all that lies ahead, Paul!

Ouch! It hurts so good! Hip abduction end range lift offs help build strength at our end range of motion. It’s at our end ranges of motion where we are typically weakest and where we get injured. It’s not sexy and not all that fun, but it’s the stuff that helps us stave off injury so we can do the fun stuff 🎉 🙌🏼
