Ready to start your weight loss journey? Well here are a few tips and guidelines to help get you started. Keep in mind....don’t become impatient nor overwhelmed. Just take it day by day and TRUST YOUR PROCESS!
Directions:
SMALL STEPS. 1. Cut all processed foods and increase water. 2. Eat regularly through the day...about every 3 hours to keep metabolism rolling. Eat in a calorie deficit.
CUT: sugar and processed food. Then try to cut gluten and dairy. But sugar and processed foods are the big ones. Drink lots of Alkaline water daily!
EAT fruit, vegetables, lean meat (if not vegan/vegetarian).
Do this for 30 days along with water to cut the cravings and get rid of unwanted fat. This will help rid inflammatory and addictive effects of bad food you’ve eaten in the past. So DON’T QUIT! 😑☝🏽
