Our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is officially open for enrollment — and we could not be more excited to tell you about it.

October 23rd. Atlanta, GA. Nine weekends that will change the way you practice, teach, and know yourself.

This is not a fitness certification. This is not a weekend crash course. This is the real thing. 😏

We teach all 8 limbs of yoga: philosophy, ethics, breathwork, meditation, and the energetic body. You’ll leave knowing yoga from the inside out.

Meet Julia 🌼🤩

She’s taken over 100 classes with us and is always such a joy whenever she rolls out her mat.

Yin might be her favorite class, but you can catch her taking a little bit of everything from Hatha to Pilates to Q***r Yoga and Soul Flow. We love a well-rounded queen 👑

She loves how welcoming, nonjudgemental, and friendly DDY is. (PS it’s having people like you fill the room that make it that way 🫶)

200HR unscripted | meet Hayley

It happened in savasana.

Hayley wasn’t looking for a sign. She was just lying there at the end of a Hatha class when it hit her — I could do this

She’d never considered it before. Couldn’t explain where it came from. But she couldn’t shake it either.

That feeling on your mat — the one that shows up uninvited and refuses to leave — it’s not random. It’s not nothing. And it shouldn’t be ignored.
