Habits vs Motivation

Going to a gym with coach led classes and effective programming is a ā€œsimple habitā€ that leads to BIG RESULTS! šŸ’Ŗ
Whereas, Relying on ā€œmotivationā€ to workout at home, usually leads to skipped workouts, plateaus and eventually Facebook marketplaceā€¦šŸ˜¢

Are Doubles Necessary? Maybe not, but they are a badass skill. They took me a while to master. But here’s my top tips:
1. Buy a rope ($20 max)
2. Warm up with it (5mins per day)
3. Don’t count, just set a timer and practice.
4. Keep your legs straight, jump with calves.
5. Turn your wrists, keep elbows tucked.
6. It’s a skill, skills take practice, mastery takes time.
