Are Doubles Necessary? Maybe not, but they are a badass skill. They took me a while to master. But hereās my top tips:
1. Buy a rope ($20 max)
2. Warm up with it (5mins per day)
3. Donāt count, just set a timer and practice.
4. Keep your legs straight, jump with calves.
5. Turn your wrists, keep elbows tucked.
6. Itās a skill, skills take practice, mastery takes time.
